I had a very good experience during my recent service visit for my Tata Nexon. The service mr ilyas was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. He patiently listened to my concerns regarding the suspension issue and clearly explained the root cause in a way that was easy to understand.
What I appreciated the most was his transparency and support in getting the suspension problem checked. Thanks to his guidance and efforts, the parts were successfully covered under and replaced without any hassle.

Super happy from the overall experience. My car had multiple faults (small) ones. I had got in touch with Mr. Ilyas from one of my referrals, he was patient enough to listen to all my car problems which had to be fixed, and he told that it would take 2 days and in the period of 2 days I received constant work updates & videos over WhatsApp. To be precise, on the day of delivery the car was handed over couple of hours prior. Super happy and satisfied with the overall experience and if anyone is going to this service center I would strongly recommend Mr. Ilyas sir, such brilliant professionalism and customer service.

After going through multiple mechanics last year, these people correctly diagnosed that I need a clutch replacement and did a great job with it. This year also I gave my car to service and they did a pretty thorough job of it. Both last year and this year I traveled quite a bit and the car handled really well.
